I'm the owner of RaeSmith Fitness, the online personal training and nutrition coach that you can take anywhere, whether you are looking to workout at home, in the gym or while traveling.
I am not only a personal trainer but a Licensed Veterinary Technician with a deep passion for animals and a commitment to being a voice to the voiceless. My work is driven by love I have for all creatures and ensure they receive the best care possible.
As my journey progressed I found that I had another passion - I stepped out of my comfort zone and brought home 1st and 2nd place trophies from NPC/IFBB stages, which brought me where I am today.
With over 10 years experience in health and fitness, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals transform their lives through fitness and nutrition. With my own challenges - I've been where you are, struggling to find the right balance, motivation, and finding my own healthy relationship with nutrition. Through perseverance and learning, I not only achieved my fitness goals but also developed a deep understanding of how to guide others toward success.
What sets me apart? I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating customized programs that fit their unique needs, goals, and lifestyles. Workouts vary from 45-60 minutes for 3 -7 days per week (to fit your schedule) for the weight training sessions and cardio from 20-60 minutes (1 - 6x week and optional). Please make sure you pay attention to the rest breaks and tempo provided to get the most of the program. You will also have a step target to hit each day outside the gym for health and fitness.
